While at the camp, there is flexibility in the activities and often shifts activities depending on sightings in the area. For example, if the guides know that the lions with cubs are close, they will suggest the guests go on a game drive. If a herd of elephants is swimming in the lake, they will suggest a boat drive. A combination between a boat drive and a game drive is also possible.

To visit the rhinos the guides will make an appointment, so the planning of game drive/boat drive will consider this timing as well. The appointment to visit the rhino cannot be made far in advance as it also depends on the conditions and stress levels of the rhinos.

Magashi Camp in Rwanda remains the most beautiful facility in the park. Discover remarkable Rwanda and stay ahead of it all from the rare mountain gorillas of Volcanoes national park to the forest chimpanzee in Nyungwe immersive experiences that connect you to the most intimate corners of Rwanda.
