3 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari Staying at Clouds Gorilla Lodge

Day 1: Kampala –Bwindi

Our guide/driver picks you at 7:00 am from your Hotel or place of residence in Kampala. Drive to Mbarara (283km from Kampala) via Masaka. Make a first stop over at Equator crossing for snacks and photography. Proceed with a visit to Igongo Cultural village this is more rewarding and amazing as you visit the Ankole museum. Lunch break is made at Agip Motel Mbarara. After lunch, drive to Bwindi. This is the lushest highland rain forest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds, valleys, hilltops and papyrus swamps. Dinner and overnight stay at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge (Luxury facility) Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner

Day 2: Bwindi Gorilla Habituation Experience

Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc Join the researcher and guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, meet the gorillas for up to 4 hours perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. Day 3: Bwindi-Kampala/Entebbe

After your morning breakfast, drive back to Kampala using Mbarara Masaka highway. Make a first stop over at for a lunch break, proceed to the Equator crossing before driving to Kampala where you will be dropped off at a place or hotel of your choice or at Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight home Meal Plan B-L End of Service

The 3 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari package includes;

  • Transportation by 4WD safari vehicle, Fuel expenses

Information Note for Passengers Departing from Rwanda.

  • Travelers should monitor for MVD symptoms, including fever, severe headaches, muscle aches, vomiting, and diarrhea, before departing from Rwanda and seek medical advice immediately if they experience these symptoms.
  • Expect routine temperature checks using Thermo-Scan Cameras and the use of hand sanitizing stations.
  • All passengers exiting the country will be asked to answer a short symptom-screening questionnaire with RBC staff to ensure their well-being and the safety of others. Alternatively, passengers can complete a declaration form here, download the QR code, and present it upon arrival at the airport.
