ARRIVAL:
On commercial Airlines: We meet clients at the arrival migration area with a signboard. We facilitate them with the immigration process and luggage collection and follow up with the airline in case one’s luggage was left behind. Once we are done with the above-mentioned processes, we escort clients outside whereby we introduce them to their driver/guides.
Private Jets: We meet clients upon arrival at the aircraft (tarmac) with a signboard, guests are escorted and assisted through the immigration process and luggage collection. As guests are relaxed in the VIP lounge and once done with the above-mentioned processes, you will leave the VIP lounge and be escorted outside the airport terminal to meet your driver/guides.
DEPARTURE:
On commercial Airlines: This is coordinated with the meet & greet company at the airport with our guide from the departure gate, The guest is taken care of with his/her luggage and assisted at both travel documents check desk and check-in counters, whereby they go through fast track. After receiving the boarding passes and checking in the luggage, they are escorted through migration and taken to the VIP lounge for refreshment while waiting for boarding the plane.
