The Agusta 109S Grand is a light six-seat twin-engine multi-purpose helicopter produced by the Italian manufacturer Agusta (today AgustaLeonaldo). This helicopter type is mostly operated for passenger transport (executive also) and emergency medical service (EMS) by civil operators. Pilots benefit from a full glass cockpit, which minimized crew workload and enhances situational awareness and excellent visibility. Robinson (R44)
The high-performance R44 Raven II is a three-seat single-engine produced by the American manufacturer Robinson. It has a Lycoming IO-540 fuel-injected, angle-valve, tuned-induction engine, which eliminates the need for carburetor heat. The standard 28-volt electrical system ensures good starting performance in hot or cold weather and provides additional electrical power for optional equipment. Robinson’s R44 Raven Series Helicopters provide excellent reliability, responsive handling, and altitude performance, making the R44 the ideal helicopter for private, business, and utility applications. Information Note for Passengers Departing from Rwanda.

  • Travelers should monitor for MVD symptoms, including fever, severe headaches, muscle aches, vomiting, and diarrhea, before departing from Rwanda and seek medical advice immediately if they experience these symptoms.
  • Expect routine temperature checks using Thermo-Scan Cameras and the use of hand sanitizing stations.
  • All passengers exiting the country will be asked to answer a short symptom-screening questionnaire with RBC staff to ensure their well-being and the safety of others. Alternatively, passengers can complete a declaration form here, download the QR code, and present it upon arrival at the airport.
