Day 1: Arrival Kigali–Bwindi (Travel Time 4hrs)

Our driver guides picks you up from your hotel or place of residence in Kigali and embark on a drive to Mgahinga National park Uganda side. Enroute lunch at your hotel choice, proceed to Uganda, the lushest highland rainforest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds, valleys, hilltops and papyrus swamps. Dinner and overnight stay at Ruhija Gorilla Safari Lodge (high end) Gorilla Mist Camp (Mid range) or Trekkers Tavern Cottages (Budget facility) Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner

Day 2: Bwindi Gorilla Trekking Safari Tour

Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours but it’s well worth the effort. The afternoon, time permitting take on a local village f9oot safari to learn and share the lifestyle of the local communities living around the park. Day 3: Bwindi Forests-Kigali Out (Travel Time 4hrs)

After an early breakfast, embark on the drive from Uganda in to Rwanda. You may choose to have an early lunch en-route in Kigali. You will then be dropped to your residence in Kigali.  End of service Meal plan: Breakfast & Lunch. End of service

Information Note for Passengers Departing from Rwanda.

  • Travelers should monitor for MVD symptoms, including fever, severe headaches, muscle aches, vomiting, and diarrhea, before departing from Rwanda and seek medical advice immediately if they experience these symptoms.
  • Expect routine temperature checks using Thermo-Scan Cameras and the use of hand sanitizing stations.
  • All passengers exiting the country will be asked to answer a short symptom-screening questionnaire with RBC staff to ensure their well-being and the safety of others. Alternatively, passengers can complete a declaration form here, download the QR code, and present it upon arrival at the airport.
