Lastly, while staying in the dormitory, you are entitled to basic meals with the staff. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meals are primarily basic local food, i.e. posho (ugali) with beans for lunch and a variety of rice, potatoes, plantain, and vegetables. Breakfast involves tea or coffee and bread or some kind of pastry. However, if you have any special dietary needs, you may order from the guest restaurant where meals range from $10-$20, or have supplies delivered to you on the regularly scheduled staff boats.

Our 2025 agenda is to contribute more towards the environment and the local communities. We will complement this with exclusive gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest not to be missed.

After this wildlife volunteer program, you can prepare yourself for an extraordinary luxury journey to explore Rwanda‘s remarkable experiences from the popular primates safaris to local cultural interactions.
