As the year comes to a close, we would like to take the opportunity to greet all our clients, colleagues and friends and wish you a happy holiday.

We wanted to take a moment to let you know how thankful we are to have customers, colleagues, and friends like you. We wish you and your family nothing but the best this holiday season.

We extend a heartfelt thank you.  Over the past months it has been particularly rewarding for all of us to move from the acute reaction to Covid 19 to planning how we resume providing award winning experiences to our mutual guests and partners.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented times for the travel industry, but we know that will emerge from this and persevere as we have time and again over our 15-years.  Despite the long term health of our company, we are not immune to the impacts of Covid-19.  The new environment has obliged us to implement three new priorities – Retain, Rebuild, Restart – to support the company during this challenging time.  It is important for you to know that our entire workforce is dedicated to these missions.

To retain customers our Reservations and Sales teams are contacting guests and travel advisors individually to advise them diligently.  This personal outreach has resulted in 50% retention of business for 2021.  There is work underway on our Rebuild mission with plans to re-market. Lastly, our team is focusing on when, where and how we will restart our tours.

We anticipate 2021 to be a recovery year with fewer guests traveling on fewer tours. Our goal is to bring and handle as many guests as we can while navigating the new challenges and we ask your partnership.

Difficult times like this make all of us stronger. We remain to leading gorilla safari company in Uganda & Rwanda.
