Travel Well Pledge-Standing firm, Standing together

Earlier this year, the world remained still but in the last few months, we are starting to see positive changes intensifying in the travel and tourism industry, borders are reopening, Gorilla Safaris, Wildlife Experiences & Cultural Experiences are happening once again. BOOK NOW

Our commitment is to always do the right thing of ensuring the health of guests is protected and also follow directions provided by health authorities prior to joining their journey to Rwanda/Uganda. We continue to encourage each guest to be fully responsible for their own health and the protection of their fellow travelers and comply to set mandatory health protocols and safety regulations.

As our Key partner, we ask that you and your guests pledge to follow locally mandated protocols while on safari with us. Prior to joining your safari journey, all our driver guides are trained in enhanced protocols and participated in a personal health screening, including COVID-19 testing both in Uganda & Rwanda.

We have created a comprehensive toolkit of resources to help all our trade partners to promote and convert new business. Flexible terms and conditions including allowing reduced deposits, deferred payment plan, and free date reschedule. Our Terms and Conditions have been updated, for already existing bookings and new bookings.

Check out our Rwanda special itineraries and we look forward to the rebound that we anticipate 2022 will bring. We believe that we have to spend time to make time – specifically for the planet and its wildlife and people but also for the sustainability of our relationships within our tourism industry.
